You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Your item needs to come back unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging — send your receipt or proof of purchase along with it.

To start a return, email us at sophroneollc@gmail.com before sending anything back. We won't be able to accept returns that show up without a heads-up first.

Once we've received and inspected it, we'll let you know it's approved. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days — banks can take a little longer to post it on their end. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval, reach out and we'll track it down.

Want a different color? Return the original, then place a new order once the return's approved.

US: Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Shipping starts around $6 — exact cost at checkout.

International: We ship internationally. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Customs duties, VAT/GST, and import fees are the recipient's responsibility upon delivery.

Every LZ2 is checked and verified before it ships — you'll find the inspection checklist included with your invoice. If anything's off when it arrives — damage, defect, wrong item — reach out right away with a photo and we'll make it right.

If your pack develops a material or manufacturing defect under normal use — zippers, stitching, hardware, webbing — send us a photo and we'll make it right. Replacement, refund — whatever gets you back in the field with gear you can trust.

What's not covered: misuse, modification, overloading, accidents, or normal wear from real use over time. We'll always use good judgment case by case, and if something doesn't seem right, tell us.

Yes. The adjustable H-harness is designed to layer over most gear configurations and adjusts for proper fit.

Absolutely. Some users run the LZ2 as their only carry system for short ops, patrols, or situations where they don't need second-line gear. It holds enough essentials to function standalone.

We've talked with a lot of you — at expos, over email, and in the field. You know your job, and every op brings its own questions, especially if you haven't run a chest pack like this before. We're not the experts. We listen, and we build off real field experience and critique.

Here's what we know so far:

Two-rope and high-angle work. When you're running two ropes off your harness, you need your chest clear. Many rope techs run just a radio pouch for this.

Confined space depends on the space. Many techs shed the backpack and keep their chest pack on for confined space. In the tightest spaces, anything on your chest can hang up — your call based on the space.

Every op is different, so use your judgment. For most of what you do — vehicles, staging, patient care, moving on foot — the LZ2 stays on and does its job.
